OMO Teams: Multi-agent project delivery with ARB gates

This article details the author's experience building OMO Teams, a multi-agent project delivery system with Architecture Review Board (ARB) gates for Azure projects. It describes a five-phase model (Intake, Architecture, Build, Validate, Prod) where each phase has dedicated AI agents and voter sets with quorum rules. Decisions are committed as Markdown files for governance as code. The system uses YAML config files and Python scripts for tallying votes, with JSON team configs supporting conditional skill loading based on ADR keywords. The author used OMO Teams to build its own Quickstart, demonstrating dogfooding.
