Hiring Claude

This article details the author's intensive use of Claude Code in full agent mode on the open-source Necromunda app, Gyrinx. The AI is integrated into CI to respond to issue comments, enabling the author to work at the pace of a development team and empowering non-technical teammates. Over two months, the project landed over 250 PRs, with Claude contributing 130+ commits (40,000 additions) locally and in CI.
