This article presents a Proof of Technology for an Agentic Operations Lakehouse pattern using Drasi for deterministic live risk detection, Microsoft Agent Framework for governed agent reasoning, and Microsoft Fabric for operational memory. It applies this to a healthcare scenario with synthetic data, where concurrent signals from hospital operations are analyzed to produce evidence-backed recommendations. High-impact actions require human approval, and every decision is audited. The system integrates Azure Postgres, Event Hubs, and a React operator portal for role-based access and action approval.
