Microsoft Outlook adds meeting organiser transfers
Read OriginalMicrosoft announced Outlook will soon let users transfer eligible meetings and recurring series to another organiser within their tenant. The rollout begins late September 2026, with the new organiser accepting the transfer. Internal attendees get silent updates, while external attendees receive cancellation and replacement invites. Phase 1 covers non-online meetings only; Teams online meetings and artefacts like chat and recordings come later.
