What if coding agents had a learning mode?

Coding agents make it incredibly easy to skip the learning. Tell an agent that you need to deploy your app to the cloud. Give it access to your code and Azure subscription. A few minutes later, you might have an application running in production. Great. Now, why did it choose those particular services? Why that hosting option instead of another one? Why that pricing tier? Why is one service public
