The EU AI Act vs. Autonomous AI: How to Audit an Agentic Workflow in Under 60 Seconds

This article addresses the compliance challenge of deploying autonomous AI coding agents in enterprise environments under the EU AI Act. It explains why legal and risk teams reject black-box agents due to lack of traceability, opacity, and unbounded behavior. The author, drawing from computational physics, proposes treating agent actions as state transitions in an immutable, hash-chained ledger.
