The Puzzmo development team details technical backend changes to improve site speed and manage costs. They are removing stats displays for games completed before April 1, 2024, and archiving old leaderboards (keeping only top 100 entries after 30 days) to free up database space. This allows them to focus on developing new games while maintaining core functionality for users.
