New Agentic Skill for watsonx Orchestrate

This article presents a new community-built, open-source skill for IBM watsonx Orchestrate, primarily developed by Florin Manaila with contributions from other IBMers. The skill optimizes resource consumption by loading information on demand, providing concise instructions tailored for AI agents to reduce token usage and model invocations. It offers clear guidance on complex multi-step workflows, such as the complete asset lifecycle for setup, scaffolding, writing tools, importing assets, testing, debugging, and deployment. The skill also standardizes project directory structures and includes useful import and deletion scripts for rapid iteration. It is designed to enhance developer productivity when creating new agentic applications, extending existing frameworks, or debugging and monitoring deployed agents.
