Fleet: A Control Tower for Claude Code

This article introduces Fleet, a terminal UI dashboard built to manage multiple Claude Code AI agent sessions running in tmux. It addresses the challenge of tracking which agents need human intervention by grouping sessions by urgency, surfacing blocked or idle agents at the top. Fleet integrates as a compiled Bun binary with a Claude Code plugin that hooks into the event system for reliable state tracking, avoiding the pitfalls of less trustworthy status displays. The author explains the problem of attention bottleneck when running multiple AI coding agents and how Fleet solves it with real-time, trustworthy session monitoring.
