Refactoring English: Month 20

This article is a monthly retrospective by Michael, a software developer and founder, detailing the progress of his book 'Refactoring English: Effective Writing for Software Developers'. It covers July's metrics, including a tripling of book sales due to ending early access discounts and a Hacker News front-page post. He also discusses battling a scraper bot causing traffic surges, and using AI to build a multiplayer browser game. The post includes goal grades, highlighting partial success in podcast pitching and website traffic, and delays in the book's 1.0 release due to user feedback.
