Microsoft Managed Entra ID Conditional Access policies are coming to eligible tenants

Microsoft is automatically deploying managed Entra ID Conditional Access policies to tenants with Premium P1/P2 licenses. These policies enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA) for admin portals, per-user MFA users, and high-risk sign-ins to reduce account compromise risk. Policies start in report-only mode and will activate after 90 days if no admin action is taken.
